I recently bought this spare for my hoover, after contacting customer services, they were most helpful in directing me to the part that i required as i had lost the booklet that came with the hoover. great service all round.
Very good purchase the exact item i was looking for so easy to order and communication has been superb

Design fault on handle but eSapres are good

I think this handle has a design fault as it always cracks in the same place. eSpares were great though, very easy to find and order but delivery took a good week and a bit so not so good if you're in a hurry.

Breaking point!

This is the second time I have had to buy one of these within the last few months. The product is easy to fit, but has a serious design fault. Both handles have broken at the same point in the middle of the curve after only a few months of normal domestic use. Karcher - please help !!
