I rang to check on a delivery date and the guy on the phone was really helpfull. He contacted the supplier to find out and emiled me that afternoon. My buy was there in couple of days and he left me a tracking order. What more do you need in internet shopping? The water tank does wht it says on the lable. Sucks up dirty water.
