My initial order was for the wrong component.I called customer service and was given explicit instructions to return the product.I then ordered the correct item.The replacement arrived in two days and the refund for the first item was in my account within 24 hours.If you find better service tell me about it

I've been looking for Dyson filters for ages now without success. These are excellent and make the vacuum cleaner work as good as new again. Long life filters? We'll see!
