The switch arrived in 4 days from order. When fitted the switch would not work. The door switch part latched ok, the start switch would not remain in contact unless held in. I disassembled the start switch, and found the contacts were displaced. i recitified the contacts and reassembled the switch. The switch now works as intended. The switch problem should have been identified at the time manufacture. It could have led an inexperianced person to believe the dryer had another fault other than the switch.
