it was great to be able to see the product first, get a detail of the units it would be compatable with. the product was an identicle replacement of the broken item. i would have liked instructions on its installation but still found it very handy to install.

Appeared to be a Zanussi genuine replacement part. Faulty unit-two screws out, two wires off, new unit-two wires on, two screws in. Job done! Clothes dry!
