Excellent service, adequate delivery time, good value robust product, BUT, it was a b*****r to fit. Try as I might I couldn't find any instructions to help me, so I was reduced to exploring what came apart and how to slip the belt simultaneously over the drum and drive shaft. In the end I removed the front of the appliance, and plastic cowling around the motor (and drive shaft) as well as a fan (held in place with a clip). This required two people. There was then just enough room to tease the belt into place, though it was harder to replace the cowling and fan afterwards since the belt gets in the way when in situ. After much swearing and a few cuts (from unsmooothed edges of the metal frame bars) we are done, and I am happy (and about 100 pounds better off)!
